Welcome to Rena. These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our website and services. Rena is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. By accessing or using any part of our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Section 1 - Access and Account

Age requirement: you must be at least the age of majority in your state to use this site. Accuracy: you agree to provide current, complete and accurate information for all accounts and purchases. Security: you are responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure.

Section 2 - Products and Orders

Representations: we strive for accuracy, but colors and appearances may vary with your device settings. Availability: we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Order acceptance: your order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we send a confirmation. We may refuse any order.

Section 3 - Pricing and Billing

Prices: prices may change, but a Subscribe & save subscription renews at the price shown when you subscribed (see our Subscription policy). Shipping and taxes: shown at checkout before you pay. Payment: you confirm you are authorized to use your chosen payment method.

Section 4 - Subscriptions

A subscription starts only when you choose Subscribe & save and press Subscribe (or Apple Pay / Shop Pay) yourself. It renews at the interval you chose until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, online or by email, as set out on our How to cancel page. No fees.

Section 5 - Refunds

Every order, renewals included, is covered by our 90-day money back.

Section 6 - Shipping and Intellectual Property

Shipping: delivery times are estimates (see our Shipping policy). Ownership: all content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Rena or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Section 7 - Feedback and Reviews

If you send us suggestions, reviews or ideas ("Feedback"), you grant us a royalty-free license to use and share that content in any medium.

Section 8 - Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property, to transmit malicious code or to harass others. Violations may end your access.

Section 9 - Product Use

Rena Beetroot Capsules are a dietary supplement. Take them as the label directs and do not exceed the suggested use. If you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, or have a medical condition, ask your doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Section 10 - Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is", and Rena and Shopify are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under our 90-day money back or under consumer law.
